Asparagus Soup With Mushroom

Bahan :
200 gr asparagus, kupas lalu potong 2 cm rebus
50 gr jamur kaleng, iris tipis.
100 ml susu cair

Bumbu :
500 ml air kaldu
100 gr bawang bombay, cincang halus
1 lbr daun salam
Lada secukupnya
Garam secukupnya

Roux
100 gr terigu
50 gr margarine

Cara Membuat :
1. Siapkan sauce pan kemudian tumis asparagus, daun salam dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Kemudian tuang air kaldu ke dalam air mendidih, lalu angkat dan dinginkan.
2. Blender asparagus rebus yg telah dingin hingga halus, kemudian saring hingga tidak terdapat ampas.
3. Roux : Panaskan margarin, lalu tumis bawang bombay, daun salam hingga harum masukkan tepung terigu, lalu tuangkan susu cair masak sampai mendidih.
4. Tambahkan asparagus yang telah d blender dan air, lalu aduk rata, masak hingga mendidih, beri lada dan garam. Angkat.
